A former Sunderland player looks set to feature for Hull City this weekend, when the Black Cats head to the Humber.
Sunderland are back on the road this weekend where Regis Le Bris will be looking for some improved form away from the Stadium of Light.
At home, the Black Cats have taken 13 points from a possible 15 this season. Away from home, it’s six points from a possible 12, with Sunderland having lost their last two away games in the Championship.
This weekend, Le Bris takes his side to Hull City. The Tigers sit in 13th place of the Championship table after winning three of their last four, whilst Sunderland remain in 1st.
There might be a lot of eyes on former Hull man Aaron Connolly this weekend. After signing for Sunderland as a free agent last month, Connolly has been tipped to make his Sunderland debut against Hull City this weekend.

Sunderland fans may have an eye on Mason Burstow this weekend
Another player who could be going up against a former club this weekend is Mason Burstow.
The striker was let go by Chelsea this summer. He then signed a four-year deal with Hull City, but he’s yet to score in five Championship appearances for the Tigers.
Last season, Burstow was on loan at Sunderland. But it proved to be a season to forget for Burstow who scored just once in 20 Championship outings for the Black Cats.
Sunderland were unimpressed with Burstow, with the former Charlton Athletic man being one of a handful of striker signings who didn’t work out for Kristjaan Speakman.
Last season, Tony Mowbray spoke out about the ‘frustrating’ lack of goals for Burstow and the likes of Nazariy Rusyn and Luis Hemir.

Will Mason Burstow start for Hull City against Sunderland?
During the international break, Burstow was on the scoresheet in a 2-0 friendly win against Alanyaspor.
He’s started just once in the Championship this season with Tim Walter using him as a late substitute more often than not.
But Burstow was an unused substitute for the last outing against Norwich City and so whether or not he features against Sunderland this weekend remains to be seen.
Chris Bedia is the main no.9 for Hull right now. He’s scored two in seven this season and looks set to start alongside Sunderland summer target Liam Millar, who’s scored once and assisted twice in nine Championship outings for the Tigers this season.
