Sunderland winger Jack Clarke has named the two Premier League players that he idolises.
Speaking to Sky Sports, the 22-year-old named stars from Man City and Tottenham Hotspur as those whom he looks up to.
Jack Clarke joined Tottenham from Leeds United for £10 million in 2019, but was never really given the chance to live up to his price tag.
The forward made only two appearances in the Europa League before he was sent out on various loan spells with Leeds, QPR and Stoke City, though he failed to score a single goal.
Clarke enjoyed some success with Sunderland, though it wasn’t until his stay was made permanent last summer that he really ramped up his form.

The attacker now has 20 goals and 18 assists in 83 appearances for the Black Cats, leading to a lot of interest from Premier League clubs.
Sunderland will be eager to keep hold of Clarke beyond this season, but the 22-year-old could well be on his way to rubbing shoulders with his idols.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Clarke said: “I love watching Jack Grealish, Heung-min Son and some of the other big names in my position.
“I like to see their strengths and if you can identify what they do in your own game. Then, if you can’t do it as well as them, ask yourself why. Then you go out and practise and work on it until you can. That is how I try to improve, and it can only make you a better player.”
Could Jack Clarke prove himself in the Premier League?
Jack Clarke is undeniably an excellent player and one that will thrive in the Premier League, whether it be Sunderland or not.
The likes of Brentford and Brighton could be ideal places for him to flourish, with both similar to Sunderland in the way they can develop young talents.

It would be great to see Clarke show Tottenham exactly what they missed out on when they refused to even hand him his Premier League debut, though that would mean him leaving Wearside.
Unless we can win promotion this season, I would be flabbergasted if we were able to keep hold of our star man. But I don’t think anyone would blame him if he was to go.
